فروردین ۱۸, ۱۴۰۰Attention to the safety and well-being of citizens is one of the essential issues in studies related to the urban furniture industry. The use of guardrails in some urban areas stems from such studies, which are produced and installed with the aim of reducing traffic accidents and many other unfortunate incidents. Most first- and second-degree arteries are associated with obstacles and precipices, and it is essential to prevent falls and motor vehicles. Guardrails are installed for this purpose in the desired locations. Guardrails are also used on freeways and main roads to separate the street unilaterally. These guardrails are used to increase safety and prevent accidents such as overturning of the vehicle from the precipice, encroachment on the side return lane and collision of vehicles with roadside obstacles.
Guardrail design
Form and shape:
Impact standards are effective in the design of guardrails, in these regulations a base vehicle is considered and the impact of the collision is examined. For this reason it is usually fixed in form.
Material and fittings:
Guardrails are usually made of plain iron or hot-dip galvanized in wet areas, but thick plastic materials may also be used.
Guardrail color:
In terms of color, guardrails are colorless or with galvanized or silver coating. But sticking red and orange shades to reflect light at night is very common.
